How about this for an idea... instead of catching the train or driving between resorts, why not ski?  You can do exactly that from Davos to Arosa.  Hire a guide to take you over the top in Davos and back down to the beautiful Arosa bowl. The route is not pisted and requires a certain degree of ability. (We do not suggest that you attempt to do this itinerary without a guide). 

Meanwhile, your hotel will take your bags to the transport train for you and your hotel in Arosa will pick them up and they will be waiting for you on arrival at your hotel.

We can arrange the hotels, the guiding and the luggage transportation for you. Here's our suggested itinerary:

  • Fly to Zurich and catch the train to Davos

  • Stay 4 nights at the 4+* Waldhotel 

  • Ski with a guide to Arosa

  • Meet your bags at the 3* Hotel Asora in Arosa and stay for 3 nights

  • Catch the train back to Zurich airport.
