"We stayed here for 3 nights and it is an excellent location right in the middle of town. The room was good and clean and the staff were friendly although not always that helpful. The one thing we didn't like was having breakfast in the cellar - no windows, very basic and the hot water for tea always had a coffee taste as they obviously mixed up the containers - if we had been there for longer we would have started eating out at one of the nearby cafes. Still can't beat the location though!"

" I am very impressed with not only this company but also the whole Banff experience. Having returned this Easter after 11 years of other resorts,we found a much slicker operation. Excellent friendly hotel(Brewsters)with healthy breakfasts,no fuss transport,and first class instruction for experienced skiers.We're now booking for 2009."

"We stayed here over new year and had an amazing holiday. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and really friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the centre of downtown Banff so it is really easy to get out and about at night but it is still a quiet and cosy hotel. The room was great, we had a loft suite and when we go back to Banff (hopefully next year) we will stay here again. "
