About the homes


These are studio to 3 bedroom apartments. It is highly recommended to express interest now, as priority for reservations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.  This means that those who express interest early (with no financial commitment at this time) will be given first choice on apartments.

There are 4 phases.  Phase one is sold out.  In total, 125 freehold apartments of various sizes are planned.

Prices will increase by phase, so this is truly the best time to get involved in the investment.

Studios start at CDN$ 280,000  (£132,580 / €195,440)  up to CDN$ 590,000  (£279,365 / €411,820) for a large 3 bedroom apartment.

Financial

At this stage, there is no financial commitment to express interest.  By expressing interest, you will be put on a reservation invitation list and then once a date has been confirmed, you will be invited to reserve.  At time of reservation, a 10% deposit will be required, to be held in trust.

On September 30, 2008, a further 5% will be required.  Closing will be in December 2009, at which time the remainder of the purchase price will be required.
 
Resales have already experienced 10% in capital growth since the month of March.  By reserving, you hold the 2007 price for a closing purchase in 2009 - this is a better offer than any discounted property and this sort of opportunity does not come onto the Canadian market very often!
