Try a day of Skiing at Copper Mountain

The International lift ticket that can be bought through through Ski Safari also covers the resort of Copper Mountain, which is located 1:15-1:30 from Winter Park.  If you do not have a rental car one can be rented locally for a day in the town of Winter Park or for groups of five or more a taxi can be arranged for similar cost to a rental car. 

Copper offers great skiing with 2,433 acre on a 125 trails of Naturally Divided Terrain.  After skiing take advantage of the exchange rate and do some shopping at the Silverthorne Factory Outlet stores located right off the motorway on your drive back to Winter Park.
