Couloir
Location: On-Mountain, Summit of Bridger Gondola
Couloir Restaurant and Bar is a total fine dining experience like no other in Jackson Hole. Step off the Gondola at 9,095 feet, 3000 feet above the valley floor and walk into a contemporary and hip new restaurant with a warm ambiance and bustling bar scene. Exceptional hospitality, delectable American cuisine with rocky mountain roots and warm service await the Couloir diner, not to mention a starlit Gondola ride in the evening.
Lunch: 7 days a week 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Dinner: Wednesday - Sunday, first seating at 5:30 pm

The Rendezvous
Location: On-Mountain, Summit of Bridger Gondola
The new on-mountain sport for skiers and non-skiers alike featuring individual serving stations that offer fresh soups and salads, a variety of Asian delights, hand carved roasts and gourmet grill meals. The restaurant has a large open plan indoor seating area for 150 people, floor to ceiling picture windows and an attached south facing deck, with permanent BBQ station and full service bar.
Lunch: 7 days a week from 10.30am - 2.30pm
Headwall Pizza and Deli
Location: On-Mountain, Summit of Bridger Gondola
Headwall Pizza & Deli is a casual restaurant designed with the active skier or snowboarder in mind. Menu items include a selection of gourmet sandwiches, hand-tossed, thin crust pizza, homemade soups, fresh salads and fresh baked sweet goodies. A perfect pit stop and refueling center for a day on the slopes.
Breakfast and Lunch: 7 days a week from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Dinner: Wednesday - Sunday 5:30 - 8:30 pm
Fizz n' Sizzle
Enjoy handmade s’mores over an open firepit at the summit of the Bridger Gondola with a glass of Champagne

Nick Wilson's Cowboy Café
Located on the mountain-side of the Tram Tower building, Nick Wilson's Cowboy Cafe offers several casual breakfast and lunch options. Take your time and enjoy the western ambiance and nostalgic decor with mementos of the Old West and of the people who first founded this historic valley. During the winter, be sure to catch Nick's for aprés-ski specials and live acoustic music at the end of the day.
Café 6311
Location: Teton Village
Located on the 1st level of the Bridger Center, just steps from the base terminal of the Bridger Gondola. Open daily, guests can enjoy hot filled bagels, fresh salads, hot hoagies, espressos and coffees as well as domestic and imported microbrews. Inside and outside seating are perfect for any weather and any time of the day.
Casper Restaurant
Location: On-Mountain
The Casper Restaurant, located at the base of the Casper Chairlift, offers the largest variety and some of the best food on the mountain. The restaurant has a great sun deck which overlooks the valley and the Snake River. Best of all, you don't need to return to the base to enjoy a great lunch!
Bear Flats Snack Shack
Location: On-Mountain
For a quick ski-in ski-out lunch or snack (or some warm-up time between runs!), the Bear Flats Snack Shack is conveniently located at the base of the Sublette Quad. Don't miss this locals' favorite!
